Braden Tucker dies in fatal TEXARKANA car crash**
Fatal TEXARKANA car crash death of Braden Tucker
A construction worker identified as Braden Tucker, who was 21 years old and from Lufkin, Texas, died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash that occurred on Thursday.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Tucker was attempting to cross Interstate 30 on a Kubota skid steer when he was struck by an eastbound 18-wheeler. The force of the impact threw him from the vehicle. Emergency services transported him to the closest hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.
The accident transpired at the 190-mile marker located west of New Boston. Prior to the incident, Tucker was performing tasks related to guardrail installation within the center median of the highway.
Law enforcement has initiated an investigation to determine the full circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
