Born on May 2, 1938, he began his career as a timber cutter under the guidance of his father, sparking a lifelong passion for the woods, wildlife, and the natural world. Later, his career in the aerospace industry spanned over four decades, from the Newark Air Force Base to Boeing Corporation. But beyond the accolades and achievements, Jim found his true happiness at home—gardening, exploring the woods, fishing in his pond, and experimenting with new hobbies like beekeeping, maple syrup production, and 3-D printing. His love for innovation and discovery made every day an adventure for those around him.
